Concept Note:
The Canadian Association Forensic Medicine (CAFM) will promote the medical discipline of forensic pathology in Canada, delivering RCPSC certified annual conferences for education and research in forensic pathology and related disciplines
Members First
The CAFM is a membership-based organization with a constitution/bylaws, term-limited officers, standing committees, and an annual membership fee.
Not For Profit
We are a non-profit professional organization with Canadian and international membership.
Growing Connections
CAFM will deliver annual conferences for education and research in forensic pathology and related disciplines, including medicolegal death investigation, forensic anthropology, forensic toxicology, and allied fields.
Continuing Education
The CAFM will be the national focal point for continuing professional education and research in forensic pathology and allied subjects..
RCPSC Certification
The annual conferences will help members attain maintenance of certification credits for the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.

The CAFM is partnered with the Canadian Association of Pathologists-Association canadienne des pathologistes.
