Activities are co-developed with CAFM and planned to achieve scientific integrity, objectivity and balance. Communication plan prepared by CAFM with input from the non-physician organization.Speaker honoraria included in cost of activity.

Either co-develop a session that exists currently in the program or propose a new session in one of the available timeslots.
